7-Day Return Window

For One-of-a-Kind Pieces:

  • You have 7 days from delivery to return your piece
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (insured shipping recommended)

Why 7 days? Since each piece is unique and cannot be replicated, we need to ensure returned items can be resold in pristine condition.

Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed pieces
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Resized or modified items
  • Special orders or commissioned work

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%:

  • Report defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos to Jewelry@Donaice.com
  • We'll provide a free prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement at no cost
  • 90-day quality guarantee on workmanship

How to Return

1. Email Jewelry@Donaice.com within 7 days with:

  • Order number and item name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item

2. We'll send a Return Authorization Number (required)

3. Ship back using original packaging with:

  • All paperwork and documentation
  • RA number on package
  • Tracking and insurance ($100+ recommended)

4. We'll inspect within 3-5 business days

5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days (minus 20% restocking fee)

Returns Will Be Refused For:

❌ Items showing wear, use, or damage
❌ Missing original packaging or documentation
❌ Returns past 7 days
❌ No Return Authorization Number
❌ Custom or modified pieces

Important Notes

📦 Packaging Matters: Jewelry damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging is not eligible for refund.

🔒 Fraud Prevention: All items undergo detailed inspection. Counterfeit stones, swapped materials, or tampering will void your return.

💳 Refund Timeline: Refunds take 7-10 business days to process. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days.

Gift Purchases

  • Gift recipients have the same 7-day return window
